Coming from the West, Bob & I are interested in the architecture of the buildings on the zoo grounds. They don't come this way out west!
One of the first things I come across is the inuksuk, which I have never seen before & thought it very interesting.
The zoo spans the highway, and we cross this bridge to get over to the main part of the zoo. The height provides the opportunity to take some "overview" pictures which are included in the sideshow.
The gardens are quite spectacular in full color, and in fact, are being set up for a wedding.
