Back to Vermont & the Harpoon Brewery

From Harpoon Brewery

After our visit to Saint-Gaudens, we're famished! A mile or so down the road, we come to this long covered bridge taking us back into Vermont over the Connecticut River. The pictures are taken as we drive, so are not the greatest, but you can get an idea as to size, definitely not Popeye approved, but fine for the Sweetpea.

One of the rangers suggests we try the Harpoon Brewery, and at the north end of Windsor, there it is, and are we ever glad to stop in.

Our waitress gives me permission to take pictures, and really seems to enjoy her job. The note I had in my phone has disappeared, so I hope her name is really Amanda! Anyway, it's a great picture and I hope you like it. Write me to correct your name if needed.

A door leads into the actual brewery, and I was invited in. Hope these couple of pictures will be of interest.

By the way, all this wood is stacked near the fireplace. Did I mention it gets cold in Vermont?
